To enable or disable Start up sound in windows 10 go to the sound options in Windows 10. Type sound in the Windows Search bar and then from the search results click on Sound Settings, then scroll down to Related Settings and click on Sound Control Panel. This will open the Sound Dialog box, now go to Sounds Tab and check the ‘Play Windows Start-up sound’ and click on Apply and then Ok.
